Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath—an experience designed to calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and gently guide you back to your natural state of balance.

Quartz crystal bowls are crafted from pure crystalline silica—the same mineral structure found in the human body. When played, their resonant tones create soothing vibrational frequencies that wash through you like waves, helping to release tension held in the muscles, quiet mental chatter, and invite the brain into meditative states associated with deep healing and creativity.

I​'m truly excited to offer this small group session incorporating quartz singing bowls and crystals. The March session was a soothing, uplifting space, with each person receiving just what they needed: so many peaceful, glowing Souls! I hope you can join me in April!
​
Each session has a theme with a unique combination of crystals and musical frequencies.
The crystal grid is built to incorporate you into it, and you will be able to have stone layouts on your body, if you'd like to deepen the energy of the crystal grid and alchemy singing bowls.
​
The session is 1.5 hours to allow time for us to set everyone up within the grid, to receive sound healing, and to take our time to reset and realign within the energetic space of the grid. I'm also allowing time for individuals to speak with me after the session for spiritual guidance, grounding, or processing.
This will be a lovely way to enjoy sound healing, to experience crystal healing, and to align with your Soul Self and Inner Guidance.
