Quartz crystal bowls are crafted from pure crystalline silica—the same mineral structure found in the human body. When played, their resonant tones create soothing vibrational frequencies that wash through you like waves, helping to release tension held in the muscles, quiet mental chatter, and invite the brain into meditative states associated with deep healing and creativity.

With the harmonic vibrations of quartz singing bowls and the alchemical power of a large crystal grid, we will engage with the wisdom of release and the cycles of transition and change.
​
The autumnal transition into winter invites reflection on dreams that have come to fruition, as well as an acceptance of what no longer serves us, preparing us for winter's rest.

WITH SOUND HEALING & CRYSTALS:

Welcome the wisdom of release and letting go, mirroring the natural cycles of nature
Invite reflection on what was, what is, and what will be
Connect with a sense of purpose and transition into living it
Honor endings, grieve gently, connect with new beginnings
Receive support for emotional balance among changes and transitions

​The crystal grid for the session is built to incorporate you into it, with each type of stone carefully chosen to work with one another and flow with the intention of the session.
You will be able to have stone layouts on your body if you'd like to deepen the energy of the crystal grid and quartz alchemy singing bowls.
​
The session is 1.5 hours to allow time for us to set everyone up within the grid, to receive sound healing, and to take our time absorbing and aligning with the energetic frequencies of the crystal grid. I'm also allowing time for individuals to speak with me after the session for spiritual guidance, grounding, or processing.
This will be a lovely way to enjoy sound healing and experience crystal healing.
