Quartz crystal bowls are crafted from pure crystalline silica—the same mineral structure found in the human body. When played, their resonant tones create soothing vibrational frequencies that wash through you like waves, helping to release tension held in the muscles, quiet mental chatter, and invite the brain into meditative states associated with deep healing and creativity.

I'm truly excited to offer this small group session incorporating quartz singing bowls and crystals. The sessions thus far have been soothing, uplifting, and deeply healing, with each person receiving just what they needed: so many peaceful, glowing Souls! I hope you can join me in June!
Each session has a theme with a unique combination of crystals and musical frequencies. June's session will be about reconnecting with your Higher Self, that aspect of you that is like a hologram of your soul, containing your Soul Wisdom and your Blueprint for your current life. It is a source of wisdom and guidance! Your Higher Self is the most authentic, wise, and spiritually evolved aspect of your consciousness, guiding you beyond ego and fear toward clarity, purpose, and inner peace. It is central to authentic transformation and spiritual realization because it is a form of your consciousness outside learned, or conditioned, identity. Your Higher Self is your Wise Self.
You shall:
* switch off your busy mind, relax, and open your spiritual channel
*develop a clear connection to your Higher Self, your inner wisdom, and your intuition
The crystal grid for the session is built to incorporate you into it, and you will be able to have stone layouts on your body if you'd like to deepen the energy of the crystal grid and quartz alchemy singing bowls.
The session is 1.5 hours to allow time for us to set everyone up within the grid, to receive sound healing, and to take our time absorbing and aligning with the energetic frequencies of the grid. I'm also allowing time for individuals to speak with me after the session for spiritual guidance, grounding, or processing.
This will be a lovely way to enjoy sound healing, to experience crystal healing, and to align with your Soul Self and Inner Guidance.
