For nearly twenty-five years I’ve been studying healing energy modalities and remembering and reclaiming my gifts.   As a result, I’ve developed my own Intuitive Lightwork pathway to support myself and others.

My energy work is highly personalized to meet your needs, to support and guide you in understanding and integrating your Soul Wisdom found in your wounds and worries, joys and passions.

On my spiritual journey I have studied Kripalu Yoga, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Bach Flower Essences, Crystal Healing and Bodywork, Sound Healing, Light Language, and the Akashic Records.
