A crystal therapy session supports you on your personal healing journey with customized crystal layouts to address any imbalances in your mind, body, emotions, and spirit.  This work is supported by Light Language, as well.  Includes time to talk before and after the energy work, if you so choose.

An Akashic Records Reading helps you navigate your life by accessing your personal Records and the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones who assist you on your life's journey.  This type of healing work is structured as a question and answer session; however, I am often guided to channel healing work for you through the beautiful sounds of Light Language.

*Distance

An Akashic Records Reading helps you navigate your life by accessing your personal Records and the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones who assist you on your life's journey.  This session is structured as an initial phone call to chat about what you need and your questions.  Then I enter your Akashic Record and record the channeled information.  This often includes healing work through Light Language which you will receive as you listen to the recording and via distance healing.  You will receive your recording within 36 hours of our initial phone call.  This session includes a follow-up email or 15 minute phone call if you need further clarity after listening to the recording.

A crystal healing coupled with an Akashic Records Reading helps you take your healing into deeper levels of your mind, body, and spirit.  Guidance from your Records before or after a session creates greater clarity, further insight, and deeper integration for your mind-body-spirit connection.

Quartz crystal bowls activate a deeply relaxing and soothing experience to wash away stress and anxiety, calm emotions, and guide the mind into the Theta (meditative state) in which the body relaxes and goes into “restorative mode” as it will do when you have a good night’s sleep.

Quartz crystal singing bowls and crystal therapy combine in this session to address any imbalances in your mind, body, emotions, and spirit while the crystal bowls amplify and deepen the work of the crystals for a synergistic session.

This session is great for couples, friends, siblings, or parent & child (age 13+).

Crystal Therapy with Sound Healing and Akashic Records Reading

Give yourself a gift of a comprehensive healing session in which you allow yourself ample time for relaxation, restoration, and healing.  This session is comprised of three phases: it begins with a sound bath, and depending on your needs, shifts into crystal therapy or a journey into your Akashic Records.  The session ends with either a crystal healing or an Akashic Records Reading (whichever phase hadn't yet been received). Light Language and a Customized Flower & Gem Essence is included.  As well, there is time for processing.  Feel free to bring your journal.

Tea, water, and a light snack will be available.

Flower Essences and Gem Elixirs are "liquid vibrations" of healing.  A custom blend of essences and elixirs are a wonderful way to help your energy matrix "remember" the healing patterns you received during a crystal therapy session, sound bath, or Akashic Records reading.  They a subtle but profound support when you are working with old and/or ingrained patterns in your mind-body-spirit connection which you are in the process of transforming.
