Many, many moons ago, when I was a teenager, I found this quote from the work of Anne Sexton:

Put your ear down close to your soul and listen hard.

This is my approach, to listen and process.  This is the kind of work I will help you do for yourself, too. Healing is a co-creative process between you, the channel (me), and the Beings of Light who assist you, support you, and guide you on your journey in this life.
